摘要

Cyber crime is a problem that China and other countries all over the world are facing. In order to deal with this problem, various countries have formulated different measures in the field of criminal law, and Japan is one of the typical representatives of the developed countries with the rule of law in the world. Therefore, this study compares and analyzes the characteristics of cyber crime legislation in China and Japan, and uses it for reference to make up for the shortcomings of our country, so as to better curb cyber crime.
