摘要
Blockchain technology, renowned for its decentralized, immutable, and transparent nature, has emerged as a transformative force in various industries, with supply chain management (SCM) being one of its most promising application areas. This article explores the practical applications of blockchain in supply chain management and analyzes its profound business impacts. It begins by examining the core characteristics of blockchain that make it suitable for addressing long-standing challenges in SCM, such as information asymmetry, lack of transparency, and inefficiencies in traceability. The study then delves into specific use cases, including product provenance tracking, smart contracts for automated transactions, and enhanced inventory management. Furthermore, it assesses the business benefits, such as reduced operational costs, improved trust among supply chain partners, and strengthened compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the article discusses the obstacles to widespread adoption, including high implementation costs, technological complexity, and resistance to change. By synthesizing existing research and industry examples, this paper concludes that while blockchain is not a panacea, its strategic integration into supply chain operations can significantly enhance competitiveness and resilience in today's dynamic business environment.
