摘要
Based on the ICAP theory and self efficacy theory, this study mainly explores how technology use influences the teaching growth of pre-service physical education teachers and examines the mediating role of self efficacy. Using a questionnaire survey, data were collected from 360 pre-service physical education teachers from five universities in Anhui Province. SPSS and AMOS were used to conduct reliability and validity tests, structural equation modeling, and mediation effect analysis. The results showed that: (1) the levels of technology use, self efficacy, and teaching growth were generally high; (2) technology use had a significant positive impact on teaching growth; (3) technology use significantly enhanced the self efficacy of pre-service physical education teachers; (4) self efficacy not only directly promoted teaching growth but also partially mediated the relationship between technology use and teaching growth. This study constructed a path model of teaching growth empowered by technology, enriching the application of ICAP theory and self efficacy theory in the field of physical education teacher education. The findings provide practical support for optimizing technology integration courses, advancing teacher education reform, and developing professional growth strategies under technological support for pre-service physical education teachers.
