本文是一项关于音乐教育的专业研究，以一名缺乏自信的钢琴学生为案例，探讨了如何通过有效的教学策略促进其进步。文章重点阐述了三个核心教学方法：第一，通过表扬、非语言认可及建设性意见等支持性反馈，建立学生的自尊与自信；第二，运用引导性问题（如Hattie & Timperley的框架）启发学生进行自我反馈与自我评估，培养其自主学习能力；第三，营造积极、支持性的物理与情感学习环境，以保障教学与评估的有效性。研究结论表明，将这些教学策略相结合，能显著提升学生的演奏表现和学习信心，并对教师的专业成长具有重要意义。
