摘要
本文是一项关于音乐教育的专业研究,以一名缺乏自信的钢琴学生为案例,探讨了如何通过有效的教学策略促进其进步。文章重点阐述了三个核心教学方法:第一,通过表扬、非语言认可及建设性意见等支持性反馈,建立学生的自尊与自信;第二,运用引导性问题(如Hattie & Timperley的框架)启发学生进行自我反馈与自我评估,培养其自主学习能力;第三,营造积极、支持性的物理与情感学习环境,以保障教学与评估的有效性。研究结论表明,将这些教学策略相结合,能显著提升学生的演奏表现和学习信心,并对教师的专业成长具有重要意义。
